Upon contacting the bank the cardmember
will have to provide sufficient information
to be identified as the cardmember.
Upon verification of identity the required
redemption is made and the number points
redeemed will be deducted from the Cardmember
program
account and the gift voucher will be dispatched to the
card members or his/her nominee.
The Cardmember or his/her nominee will
have to present the voucher to the Membership
Rewards merchant outlet in order to redeem
the
product/ enjoy the service.

Consult the frequent traveler program website
to determine the number of points required for the
redemption you have planned.

points required to your frequent
traveler program to redeem your points or call them directly.

Once Membership Rewards points
have been converted into partner points, they cannot
be converted back into your membership Rewards
account and become subject to the terms and conditions
of the participating frequent traveler program.
You may only convert Membership
Rewards points into the frequent traveler program
accounts held by you or your supplementary
Cardmember linked to your card account.
