How to get your Mobitel modem?
- Register for eStatement by logging on to Cardmember Online Service
- Call the American Express® Customer Service Hotline on (011) 4 414141 and request for your Mobitel Broadband package (Zoom 490, Zoom 890 or Zoom 1290)
- American Express® Call centre will verify the details and send you a confirmation email copying Mobitel..
- Walk into any of the Mobitel Big M Outlets with a proof of your billing address(Telephone,Electricity or Water Bill) and purchase your Mobitel Modem and connection.

Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is open for all new and existing e Statement registrations made by American Express® Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
- The promotion will be valid from 01st November 2009 to 31st March 2010.
- Offer valid on Huawei E156 modem with Mobitel Zoom 490, Zoom 890 or 1290 packages only.
- The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers.
- The Customer will need to sign for 12 months Extended Settlement plan for the Mobitel Modem devise and the broadband monthly rental has to be registered with American Express® Automated Bill Settlement at Mobitel outlet, minimum 12 months commitment for Zoom 490, Zoom 890 and Zoom 1290.
- If the Cardmember wishes to opt out of Automated Bill Settlement before the 12 month commitment, the Cardmember will have to bear the balance remaining months payment.
- The general Extended Settlement Plan & Automated Bill Settlement Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
