Terms and Conditions

• The promotion is open to all American Express® Primary Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (excluding Corporate Cards) valid from 10th July to 31st August 2010.
• One Room will be allocated per Cardmember.
• For each night’s stay paid for with the American Express® Card, a complementary night will be given on FB/ HB basis for a single, double or triple room, unless specified otherwise.
• Reservations to be made in advance by calling specified numbers.
• The American Express Card number to be submitted at the time of reservation.
• Rooms will be given on a first come first served basis, subject to availability & confirmation.
• All payments to be made directly to the hotel or at the time of reservation with the American Express Card.
• Specific Terms & Conditions for partnering hotels:

• Additional room nights will be eligible for a special saving as follows:
  • 15% Savings on Additional nights at Eden Resort & Spa on FB / HB for a double or triple on the applicable room types.
  • 30% Savings at & all properties on offer for the applicable basis and room types.
• Additional rooms booked by Cardmember for an accompanying guests will be eligible for a 20% savings at all properties & a 15% Savings at Eden Resort & Spa on FB / HB for a double or triple on the applicable room types.
• Standard child policy will be applicable.
• Offers mentioned cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs or offers.

• The Cardmember terms and conditions will continue to apply.
