Terms and Conditions
The validity period of the promotion will be from 1/07/2010 to 31/08/2010 (both days included).
The promotion is open to all holders of American Express® Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
Each transaction effected with the American Express card for the purchase of fuel during the promotion period will entitle the Cardmember one entry to the daily fuel bill wipe out draw and one entry to the Grand draw. For example two (2) transactions effected with the American Express Credit Card for purchase of fuel during the promotion period will entitle the Cardmember 2 entries to the daily fuel bill wipe out draw and two entries to the Grand draw.
Sixty two (62) winners will be chosen from the daily fuel bill wipe out draw and One (1) winner will be chosen from the Grand draw. The Grand draw will be held at the end of the promotion period. All draws will be held in the presence of a member from the Department of Inland Revenue.
A surcharge of 3% will be levied for fuel transactions (single transaction or cumulative) exceeding Rs50,000 per month.
Each winner of the daily fuel bill wipe out draw will be entitled to have his/her fuel bill picked at the draw wiped out subject to a maximum value of Rs.5,000. The amount wiped out will be credited to the Cardmember’s Credit Card account.
The winner of the Grand draw will be entitled to receive the following :
Fully paid return air ticket on Economy Class inclusive of all applicable taxes for Cardmember and One companion.
03 Nights Hotel Accommodation including Breakfast free for Cardmember and one companion
Paid F1 Ticket each for cardmember and one companion (Bay Grand Stand) valid 24th, 25th & 26th September 2010.
The Terms and Conditions of the partnering Airline and Hotel will apply.
Nations Trust Bank PLC will not be liable or responsible to the Cardmember for any loss, damage or injury that maybe caused to the Cardmember or companion by any act or omission whatsoever of the partnering Airline or Hotel.
If any Cardmember cancels his / her Credit Card account/s within the promotion period, the eligibility of the Cardmember to enter the draws will be forfeited.
The Cardmember terms and conditions will continue to apply.
Nations Trust Bank PLC staff will not be eligible for the draw.
The Bank reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at anytime.
In the event of any dispute regarding any of these terms and conditions, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
